Salma Hayek's ex-fiance Francois-Henri Pinault has been spotted cosying up to sportswoman Virginie Couperie.

Hayek and the French billionaire, who have a daughter Valentina together, announced their split last month (Jul08).

And Pinault appears to have moved on already, having been snapped getting close to French equestrian champion Couperie.

The couple was photographed off the coast of Tuscany relaxing on his yacht, swimming together and dining onshore for lunch.

But she is pressing ahead with a new hour-long show themed around weddings.

Daily Variety claims Hayek and her associate Jose Tamez are in talks with TV bosses to develop the concept.

Hayek and Tamez's TV credits to date include Ugly Betty and TV movie In the Time of the Butterflies.
